Repair charges and charges are nonrefundable. Charges and turnaround time may fluctuate depending on the availability and market price.
PRIVACY POLICY
At CES, we prioritize customer relationships and are committed to protecting your data confidentiality. We ensure that your personal information is safeguarded in accordance with all relevant privacy laws and best practices. Furthermore, we uphold a robust internal policy to reinforce our dedication to data protection.
DATA COLLECTION
We may collect customer information, including phone numbers, email addresses, and location details. Additionally, we gather images that feature our customers, which we use on our social media accounts to highlight our services. Customers have the right to request the removal of their images or names from our social media and marketing platforms at any time. We may also reach out to customers after repairs to gather feedback.
WARRANTY
We provide a warranty for spare parts based on their quality, as
communicated at the time of service. This warranty is limited to the services and parts
paid for by the customer and does not cover the following circumstances:
- Complaints unrelated to the replaced spare part.
- Repaired devices that had a prior history of liquid damage, which has been disclosed to the customer.
- Mishandling that results in cracks, bends, dents, or impact damage after the repair.
- Deep scratches on scratch-resistant glasses.
- Devices that have been repaired by any third party other than CES service centers.
By using our services, you authorize CES to perform repair work on your device. Please note that CES is not an Authorized Service Provider (ASP) for any device, phone, laptop, or tablet manufacturer. Repairs may void any existing manufacturing warranties, including water resistance and coverage or service availability from the manufacturer.
Customers are always advised to back up their data before repairs, as the risk remains with the customer. Warranty periods may vary, lasting 2 years, 3 months, or in some cases, only a diagnostic warranty, depending on the quality and grade of the parts used or as selected by the customer at the time of service confirmation.
All devices must be collected within 60 days of repair. Customers will be contacted by our customer service representatives and notified via automated emails. If a device is not collected within this period, CES reserves the right to dispose of the device without liability or responsibility.
LIMITATIONS TO SERVICE
CES consistently strives to resolve customer issues to the best of our ability. However, in cases involving devices with physical or liquid damage, we cannot guarantee the repairability or performance of other functions after repairs. CES will not be held liable for any failures in such instances or for performance issues arising from factors beyond our control. All repairs are conducted at the customer’s risk, and CES undertakes these repairs with the sincere intention of assisting our customers.
MODIFICATION OF TERMS AND SERVICES
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting changes on our website. LAWS
CES Warranty brand owned by Consumer Electronics Services LLC, registered in UAE. The Service Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE excluding its conflict of law provisions.
